Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery professional in Kahului, HI to drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route and ensure timely delivery to stores. You will check in orders, collect proof of delivery, unload products, and stock shelves to maintain freshness for customers.

As a full-time member, you’ll build relationships with store managers to support national and local initiatives and drive sales growth. Training is provided, with a variable schedule and two days off per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
