Job summary

PepsiCo in Hawaii is hiring a route delivery driver to service local stores, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and manage daily orders with a focus on freshness and display execution.

You will build relationships with store managers to drive sales, ensure on-time deliveries, and support national and local initiatives while adhering to safety and training guidelines. This is a full-time role with a fast-paced, on-the-go work environment.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
