Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Kahului, HI to service local stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory while maintaining records with provided tools. You’ll build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives throughout the shift.

The role includes on‑the‑go duties, lifting, bending, and a variable schedule with two days off per week. On‑the‑job training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Schedule

Variable schedule, 2 days off per week, 1am-5am - When work is complete usually 8-10 hours after start time.
