Job summary

PepsiCo in Jackson, MS is seeking a route delivery driver to serve local stores, load and unload products, and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are up to date.

You will build relationships with store teams, record deliveries with proof of delivery, and participate in national and local initiatives while receiving on-the-job training and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
