Job summary

PepsiCo in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Associate to drive a PepsiCo truck on local routes, stock shelves, and build relationships with store managers. Starting in the relief pool, you’ll work varying days and early start times around 4–5 am, delivering orders and ensuring freshness.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route to serve stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness.
• Place orders and maintain records with provided tools (training provided).
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
