Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time route driver in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves, and rotate inventory for freshness.

You will also place orders and keep daily records using provided tools, while building strong relationships with store managers to grow sales. The role offers a variable schedule with a typical early start and long days, plus health and lifestyle benefits and opportunities for long-term

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route delivering to local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and displays.

• Work Days: variable work schedule, 2 days off per week
• Start Time: average is 3am
• End Time: till work is finished 10-14 hour days max

What You'll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
