Job summary

PepsiCo in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a route delivery driver to serve local stores with care, driving a PepsiCo truck on a route, delivering orders, unloading, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory all day with provided tools.

This full-time role starts early (2am–6am) with a five-day workweek and varying shifts. You’ll build relationships with store managers, support national and local initiatives, and receive on-the-job training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product.
• Willingness to work early hours and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
