Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver in Summit Argo, IL who will start at 4:00 AM and complete routes in 9–10 hours. You will drive a PepsiCo truck to service local stores, check in deliveries, unload products, stock shelves and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.

The role requires a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, the ability to obtain state licenses if required, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
