Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Cleveland, OH to service local stores on a PepsiCo route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload, stock shelves, and rotate inventory.

Training provided, high-energy, fast-paced environment with lifting and moving product. Full-time with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
• Comfort stocking shelves with branded products in stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives.

Location: 4580 Hinckley Industrial Pkwy, Cleveland, OH, 44109-6010 Quick Look Pay: 64,030/year Annual Target Location: 4580 Hinckley Industrial Pkwy, Cleveland OH 44109-6010 Schedule: 5 days/week, Varies. Typical start time is between 3-4 am. - When route is completed. Avg or 9-10hrs/day

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
