Job summary

PepsiCo in Geneva, OH is seeking a full‑time delivery driver to serve local stores along a scheduled route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, and collect proof of delivery as needed.

You will unload and stock product, rotate inventory for freshness, and build trusted relationships with store managers to support national and local initiatives. On‑the‑job training and a high‑energy, hands‑on environment are provided as you contribute to the community's access to beloved

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Schedule: 5 days on 2 days off, schedule varies each week, 2:00 am - 2:00 pm
