Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Bradenton, FL is seeking a PepsiCo route driver to service local stores, deliver and check in orders, and maintain inventory.

You will build relationships with store managers, rotate stock for freshness, and use provided tools with on-the-job training. Expect a fast-paced, physically active day with weekends and holidays possible.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurance proof.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

Schedule: 5 Consecutive Days worked (hours vary 8-12 per day). 2 Consecutive Days off, weekends not guaranteed. Expect to work Weekends & Holidays.

4:00 Am - Upon Completion of Required Work

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
