Job summary

PepsiCo in Willmar, MN is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our team. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders, and build strong relationships with store managers to expand shelf presence and execute promotions.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to participate in on-the-job training. We offer a fast-paced environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
