Job summary

PepsiCo in Lancaster, PA is seeking a route driver to deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory for freshness. You will build relationships with store managers and execute national and local initiatives.

Schedule: 5 days with 2 rotating days off, starting around 4:00 am, with on-the-job training and growth opportunities. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, including health/lifestyle options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and be able to obtain state-required licensures.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.
