Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route driver in Chattanooga, TN. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering to stores and ensuring product availability.

You’ll unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain delivery records using provided tools. You’ll build strong relationships with store managers to support sales and execute national and local initiatives. This role requires early hours and physical effort, with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain required state licensures.
• Frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route servicing stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams, collecting proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves/displays, and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records with provided tools (training provided).
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and feature displays.

Schedule: RSAs are part of the relief pool to cover Vacations and LOAs. Must be available to work any day of the week Sunday through Saturday. Days off will rotate, schedule is subject to change based on business need. Set off days once a route is bid on and won, Between 3am and 6am depending on format. Subject to change based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
