Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in the United States is seeking a Route Relief Utility Driver to support service departments by delivering and picking up linens, up-selling, and providing exceptional customer service on assigned routes.

You will communicate with decision-makers, maintain accurate records, assist with payments and account management, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This is a non-exempt, on-site full-time role requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work.
• Have and maintain a valid Driver's License, CDL when applicable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and pick up linens on assigned routes on time.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and relationships.
• Upsell services and refer leads to Sales.
• Load/unload products and lift up to 75 lbs.
