Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Anchorage, AK is hiring for a Route Relief/Utility RSR. The role supports the Service Department, covers routes, performs service tasks, and assists with up-sell/cross-sell efforts while delivering superior customer service.

Responsibilities include learning routes, assisting in rush deliveries, processing payments, and maintaining route paperwork. The position reports to the District Manager and offers benefits and a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• English communication (verbal/written) and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes for holidays or vacancies.
• Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell products.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and maintain route paperwork.
• Ensure timely deliveries and inventory management.
