Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is hiring a Route Relief Utility Driver in the United States, NJ area, to support Service Departments by delivering products and collecting soiled linens on assigned routes, ensuring on-time service and upsell opportunities.

You will maintain inventories, communicate with decision-makers, follow SOPs, and collaborate with service, sales, and operations to strengthen customer relationships. A valid license, 21+ years, and 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and CDL when applicable.
• 21 years or older with a clean driving record.
• Two years of relevant sales, customer service, delivery, or public-facing work.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and pick up soiled linens on assigned routes safely and on time.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and strong relationships.
• Upsell services, promote products, and refer leads to Sales.
• Load/unload products and lift up to 75 lbs., move carts up to 500 lbs.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure truck cleanliness.
• Maintain inventories, route books, and customer files.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams.
