Job summary

Terminix in New Hampshire is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Dispatcher to optimize daily and weekly routes using routing software. You will analyze plans, resource availability, and territory, maintain geographic codes and addresses, and report metrics daily to the Service Planning Supervisor and branch teams.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, analytical ability, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with service personnel and supervisors to ensure efficient service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years in dispatch or scheduling.
• Experience with routing and scheduling software and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Communicate routes within territory to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Create summary reports daily and provide to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
