Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Dispatcher/Logistics Planner in Concord, NH to optimize daily and weekly route plans using routing software. You will maintain routes, analyze territory data, and report metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers.

The role requires advanced routing knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with service personnel and customers. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Routing and Scheduling software systems.
• Knowledge of resources and territory planning for recurring services.
• Verbal and written communication skills including public speaking.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple repetitive tasks.
• Basic texting software knowledge.
• Ability to interact with coworkers and the public.
• Basic knowledge of company operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Creates route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Communicates routes within assigned territory to service personnel.
• Summarizes and reviews plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Creates summary reports daily and provides to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
