Job summary
Rentokil North America is seeking a Dispatcher/Planning role to optimize daily and weekly route plans for assigned branches using route analysis software. You will analyze plans, resources, and territory data to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of routing and scheduling software systems.
- Understanding of branch service department resources and territory planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Creates route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
- Communicates routes within assigned territory to service personnel.
- Summarizes and reviews plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
- Creates summary reports daily and provides to supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
