Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a route planning dispatcher to design daily and weekly plans for the assigned branch using route analysis software and data to optimize efficiency. You will maintain addresses and customer information and report key metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor.

This role requires communication within service teams, attention to detail, and the ability to forecast demand while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Uses route analysis software to create daily and weekly route plans.
• Maintains geographic codes, addresses and customer information.
• Reports metrics on a daily basis to Service Planning Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Creates approximately 70 route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Communicates routes within assigned territory to service personnel.
• Summarizes and reviews plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Creates summary reports daily and provides to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
