Job summary

Safety Kleen in Norwell, MA, is seeking a Central Route Planner to join their safety-conscious team. You will be responsible for routing of service personnel, fleet maintenance, and compliance and safety activities as assigned by the Central Routing Operations manager.

The role requires creating and maintaining routes, executing scheduling, and reviewing plans using routing software. A high school diploma and 3-5 years of routing experience are required; knowledge of DOT regulations and strong

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of routing, scheduling, or dispatching experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with FleetWise routing software is a plus.
• Strong math, time management, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, adjust and maintain service routes for multiple branches within an assigned region.
• Execute scheduling and routing, maximizing customer yield and asset utilization.
• Review weekly route plans for accuracy, timing, and feasibility based on customer needs, compliance, and resource availability.
• Utilize routing software and internal systems to manage work orders, capacity, and scheduling requests.
• Other duties as required.
