Job summary

Weee! in Clifton, New Jersey is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work with delivery drivers, plan routes, and help optimize fleet operations. This onsite role supports daily logistics in a fast-growing ethnic e-grocer environment.

You will identify next-day orders, coordinate driver pools with Talent Acquisition, monitor performance, and generate routine reports. The role requires 2+ years in logistics, Excel/Google Suite proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to lift up to 50

Qualifications

2+ years of logistic or warehouse operations experience.
1+ years of experience using Excel, Google Suite, AI Tools; ability to handle large data sets and create pivot tables.

Responsibilities

Identify orders for the next day and create a route plan for deliveries using Weee's routing software.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a sufficient driver pool for the business.
Monitor driver performance and provide necessary support.
Suggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations.
Daily, weekly, monthly reporting on delivery performance for the warehouse.
Assist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned.
Deliver packages or drive company vans as needed.
Maintain fleet and warehouse cleanliness.
