Job summary

Weee!, the leading ethnic e-grocer, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage delivery routes, coordinate drivers, and support fleet operations in Clifton, New Jersey. This onsite role requires data-savvy problem solving and strong communication with warehouse and driver teams.

You will build routes, monitor performance, and assist with administrative tasks while contributing to cost reductions and efficient fleet management. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in logistics or warehouse operations.
• 1+ years with Excel, Google Suite and AI tools; able to handle large data, create pivot tables and visualize data.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and deliver packages when needed.
• Ability to stand long hours and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify orders for next day and create route plans using routing software.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure driver pool readiness.
• Monitor driver performance and provide support as needed.
• Suggest cost-cutting and fleet-ops improvements.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly delivery performance reports.
• Assist with administrative and contracting tasks.
• Drive company vans for maintenance vendors if needed.
• Deliver packages when required; participate in basic fleet maintenance.
• Maintain fleet and warehouse cleanliness.
