Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Two years of dispatch or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize capacity and productivity.
• Analyze daily routing, implement changes for route efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor routes to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Communicate with drivers to provide necessary information and resolve issues.
• Evaluate driver performance and address concerns to improve service.
• Review and optimize swing routes and loads per driver per day.
