Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department in delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in managing route districts. The RS reports to the District Manager and will develop a highly productive team, supervise RSRs, and ensure excellent service through regular visits, audits, and problem solving.

The role requires a valid driver’s license (21+), clean driving record, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; follow directions and manage time well.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count, add and subtract accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Department to provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in managing route districts; supervise and build relationships with Route Sales Representatives.
• Lead district by communicating policies, evaluating route organization, and collaborating with other departments.
• Follow Safety SOP and company policies; ensure procedures are followed.
• Perform route duties as needed and assist in retention and growth of customer relationships.
