Job summary

Alsco is seeking an experienced route operations leader to oversee daily delivery and service routes, ensuring accurate customer service and productive workloads. You will coach drivers, manage schedules, and enforce safety policies across locations.

Travel within the branch area is expected, with a focus on improving route productivity and customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driving license with a clean record and must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily execution of delivery and service routes to ensure accurate and efficient customer service.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution to maximize route productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members to drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure consistent customer service and respond to escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce all company safety policies, DOT regulations (if applicable), and operational procedures.
