Athens Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage waste collection routes and supervise driver/helper performance. This role ensures daily resources meet service demands and coaching on productivity and safety in line with OSHA and DOT regulations.

You will coordinate with Maintenance and Sales teams, monitor time and attendance, minimize overtime, and support safety initiatives while overseeing routing, staffing, and post-trip inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledgeable in Federal DOT regulations and OSHA standards.
• Strong leadership abilities and fitness to perform job requirements.
