Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors with paperwork and route coverage during absences.
• Oversee safe and efficient operation of collection routes.
• Engage employees to promote a safe, energetic work environment.
• Enforce safety rules and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist daily route prep, dispatch, and equipment management.
• Support training and evaluation of personnel.
• Ensure excellent customer service to all customers.
