Job summary

Continental Services is seeking a Route Merchandiser in Van Buren, MI to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and maintain equipment cleanliness. You will use a company vehicle and a company tablet to track inventory and ensure product rotation, including checking expiration dates.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, restocking, safe loading, cash handling, route optimization, and training new merchandisers as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and valid driver's license with clean record.
• DOT requirements check and background/driving history check.
• Experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels across product categories and record counts.
• Load/unload products safely using proper lifting techniques.
• Deliver merchandise using a company vehicle and keep perishable items properly refrigerated.
• Optimize route efficiency to reduce drive time and increase productivity.
• Collect money from kiosks and record transactions accurately.
• Provide training to new Route Merchandisers as needed.
