Continental Services in Indianapolis is hiring an Associate Route Merchandiser to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will drive a company vehicle and use company tablet to ensure proper product rotation and record proceeds.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and efficient routing, with a 8–12 week training program and a valid driver's license. Background checks will be performed as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• DOT background check required and driving history reviewed.
• Delivery/route driving, merchandising or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across product categories.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and displays with proper rotation.
• Load/unload products safely using appropriate lifting techniques.
• Collect cash from kiosks and record transactions per protocol.
