Job summary

Continental Services is seeking a Route Merchandiser in Lancaster to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and maintain equipment cleanliness. You will use a company vehicle and tablet, keep accurate inventory, and ensure proper product rotation with attention to expiration dates.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, with compensation at $16/hour plus commission. Requires a high school diploma, valid license, and DOT-compliant background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; read, speak, and understand English.
• Proficient with computers, iPads, GPS technology, and basic inventory systems.
• Ability to operate box trucks.
• Must meet DOT requirements and pass background and driving history checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across product categories and restock shelves and displays.
• Count, record, and order inventory; perform full inventory counts as required.
• Deliver merchandise using a company vehicle and ensure proper storage of perishables.
• Optimize route efficiency to reduce drive time and improve productivity.
• Handle cash from kiosks and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Perform routine cleaning and inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Provide training to new Route Merchandisers as needed.
