Job summary

Continental in Walbridge, OH is seeking a Route Merchandiser to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and maintain equipment cleanliness. You will use a company vehicle and tablet to track inventory, manage product rotation, and record proceeds, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and experience in delivery or merchandising, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory across product categories and rotate stock.
• Count, record, and order inventory following established protocols.
• Restock shelves and displays with proper rotation and signage.
• Remove and document out‑of‑date or rejected merchandise.
• Deliver merchandise using a company vehicle and ensure proper refrigeration during transit.
• Monitor cash handling from kiosks and record transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and point-of-sale areas.
• Provide training to new Route Merchandisers as needed.
