Job summary

Continental Services in Van Buren, MI, is seeking a Route Merchandiser for Office Coffee to service vending machines and markets, deliver orders, and keep equipment clean. You will manage inventory, rotate stock, and ensure accurate cash handling across routes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, DOT background checks, and experience in delivery or merchandising. Training may be provided for new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and DOT-compliant background check.
• Prior delivery/route merchandising or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory across beverages, snacks, and related products.
• Count, record, and reorder inventory per protocols.
• Restock shelves and displays with proper rotation and signage.
• Deliver merchandise using a company vehicle and ensure perishable items are handled properly.
• Monitor refrigeration and report any deviations or issues.
• Collect cash from kiosks and ensure accurate records.
• Perform routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Provide training to new Route Merchandisers as needed.
