Continental Services is seeking a Route Merchandiser for Office Coffee in Van Buren, MI. This full-time role involves servicing vending machines and markets, delivering orders, and maintaining equipment cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

You will work with company vehicles and tablets/phones to record sales and inventory, ensuring proper product rotation and route efficiency. Strong customer service and driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• DOT requirements and background check may be required.
• Experience in delivery/route driving and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels across product categories and perform counts.
• Restock shelves and displays with proper rotation.
• Deliver merchandise using company vehicle and ensure perishable items are handled properly.
• Collect cash from kiosks and verify transactions per policy.
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and store areas to maintain a professional appearance.
• Provide training to new Route Merchandisers as needed.
• Identify route efficiencies and suggest improvements.
