Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is hiring a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and manage multiple bulk accounts. The role involves merchandising, planograms, and coordination with store management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include stocking displays, moving products from backroom to shelves, creating POS materials, and maintaining organized backrooms. Must have a valid in-state driver's license and a strong drive for reliable, safe work.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates products.
• Maintains back room organization and stocks by flavor and package.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and opportunities.
