Qualifications

• Must have strong communication that includes listening, speaking and writing.
• Retail customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to work with diverse customers and maintain professionalism.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on shelves and in coolers per procedures.
• Moves products from sales floor to cold vault and displays.
• Creates/places point-of-sale materials in permitted areas and rotates products.
• Maintains backroom cooler by organizing products by package and flavor.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up, pricing, and programs.
