Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will follow planograms, relocate products from backroom to display, and support store management with merchandising programs.

The role emphasizes customer relationship building, attention to display quality, and safe handling of products in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver license and reliable vehicle are often required.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs
• Moves product from the backroom to display
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted. Rotates product.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
• Fosters business relationship with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and opportunities
