Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in a 24/7 operation. The role provides vacation coverage for the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser and may be the first contact for late PM/early AM weekends to ensure proper route coverage.

Responsibilities include route execution, promotions, display setup, and coordination with customers and drivers. Strong problem-solving and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving abilities required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and promotions to ensure RED scores for customers.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product and managing returns of pallets and damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products on shelves.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and proactive pricing.
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates them to the team and follows safety procedures.
• May cover weekends and coordinate between customer, merchandiser and driver.
