Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model within a flexible, 24/7 operation. This role may cover vacations for the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser and coordinate between store personnel, merchandiser, and driver for orders and inventory issues.

Responsibilities include merchandising, executing promotions, managing customer routes, and ensuring accurate stock and POS materials while maintaining safety and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of work experience
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and on shelves per procedures and programs; provides vacation coverage to Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes; generates sales orders based on delivery frequency to support revenue, volume, and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, POS, and commercial plans to ensure RED scores.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product; handles returns of pallets, shells, damaged and out-of-date items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials; rotates product and ensures proper operation of Fastlane merchandisers and vendors.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, and opportunities; notes competitive issues and market activities; ensures safe work practices.
