Job summary

Coca‑Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations in Columbia, Lugoff SC and surrounding areas. You will service multiple bulk accounts, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

The role requires early start times (5am) and weekend work with varying days off. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores, and employees receive competitive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing (in a retail setting).
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates product.
• Organizes back room and handles returns of damaged or out-of-date product.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and discusses requests, pricing, and upcoming activities.
