Strategic Retail Partners seeking a Route Service Representative in Cincinnati, OH. You will travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.

Role includes setting up and replenishing products, merchandising displays, maintaining planograms, and collaborating with store managers to hit goals. Schedule starts at 6:00am; about 48–52 hours weekly with overtime; travel 2–3 nights per week may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Comfort with travel across a large territory.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on the move.
• Ability to spend 2-3 nights per week away from home.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently across a large territory to implement merchandising plans.
• Replenish and merchandise products at stores using SRP fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays and planograms.
• Work with store managers to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock and rotate products; maintain extra inventory storage.
