Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Savannah, GA is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel across store locations, implement merchandising plans, set up displays, and ensure planograms are followed.

The role is 48–52 hours weekly with periodic overtime; you may spend 2–3 nights away. Compensation ranges from $50,937 to $59,716 annually, paid weekly, with benefits including health, life and disability insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods with or without accommodation.
• Driver must be comfortable getting in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route using SRP's fleet vehicles.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure materials are correctly placed.
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and maintain a company-paid storage unit for excess inventory.
