Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Middletown, PA. You will travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans, set up and replenish products, and maintain displays while coordinating with store managers to meet goals.

The role includes a 6:00am start, 48–52 hour weeks with overtime, and compensation between $50,544 and $59,280 annually, plus benefits. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRP's fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.
