The position is on-site in Middletown, PA, with a schedule starting early and potential overtime. A valid drivers license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and good driving record are required.
• Experience in customer service, sales or retail is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move frequently.
• Be 21 years of age or older and able to rent/operate a rental car when travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route using SRP fleet vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms for consistency across locations.
• Set up promotional displays and place promotional materials accurately.
• Work with store managers to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock and rotate products; maintain company-paid storage for inventory.
