Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Eden, NC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order, and present products along pre-set routes, building strong relationships with store personnel and delivering promotions. This route-based role covers Eden and nearby areas with mileage reimbursement.

You will manage merchandise standards, execute merchandising plans, and ensure safety guidelines while lifting up to 50 lbs. Weekend work is possible as part of a 5‑day schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.
• Career-mindedness and a highly competitive nature.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes for assigned customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, and marketing plans to ensure execution quality.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product and handling returns.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures display rotations.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and pricing discussions.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities and communicates impacts, while following safe working practices.
