Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Customer service experience preferred in a retail or beverage environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively and move merchandise as needed.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and a competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell, order and present products on assigned daily routes to drive revenue and volume.
• Execute promotions and new products based on promotions lists and LOS initiatives.
• Merchandise displays, rotate stock and manage shelf organization per procedures.
• Maintain back room by stacking, labeling, and returning pallets and damaged goods.
• Create and distribute POS materials; collaborate with store personnel on opportunities.
