Coca-Cola Consolidated in Granite Falls, NC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage selling, ordering and presenting products on daily routes. You will promote new products, execute promotions, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining store displays and stock rotation.

This role emphasizes building relationships with store personnel, coordinating with vendors, and following all safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Effective communication including listening, speaking and writing.
• Customer service experience preferred in retail settings.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High initiative with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsabilités

• Sell, order, and present products to assigned customers on daily routes.
• Execute promotions and new products to ensure strong RED scores.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves per program guidelines.
• Organize back room, stack pallets, and manage damaged/outdated stock.
• Create/display point-of-sale materials and support merchandisers.
• Foster relationships with store personnel and discuss opportunities.
• Identify competitive issues and communicate safety/quality adherence.
