Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking Service Management Trainees for its state-of-the-art plants in Arizona and California. You will learn to lead a team of RSSRs and drive customer satisfaction while pushing operational goals.

The 30-week rotation-based program builds leadership skills, after which you are promoted to a management position leading your own route sales and service team. Relocation is required during or after training to qualify for the program.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a management role (required).
• Willingness to relocate during or after training to manage your own team within the first 3 years (required).
• Excellent customer service skills, strong business acumen, and effective leadership.
• Excellent work ethic, a high level of organization, and computer literacy.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong business and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 30-week training program combining rotations through various departments to identify the area that best matches your interests, skills, and abilities
• Work alongside senior management, complete progress reports, and participate in company-sponsored management development workshops
• Learn the day-to-day life of our managers and all aspects of our business
• Upon completion, be promoted to a management position leading your own team
• Learn to direct efforts that maximize new business accounts, deepen penetration of existing accounts, and own account retention
