Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in route supervision or logistics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support route service representatives, drivers, and client relations.
• Assist recruiting, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions for route staff.
• Oversee vehicle operations and vendor relations for leased vehicles and service needs.
• Record, track, and report data to support service quality for hospital clients.
• Communicate issues to management and prepare regular performance reports.
• Participate in leadership activities and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
